CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge and agree that in consideration of issuance by RQO to me of a user ID and a password, I shall keep confidential all proprietary and confidential information of RQO of which I become aware, and that I will limit my use of such information to uses necessary to me as an Authorized Distributor for RQO and for no other whatsoever. Further, I will not disclose to others nor permit the use by others of my user ID or password (unless authorized by RQO). I will report to RQO any misuse of my user ID or password that I may reasonably believe has occurred. I acknowledge that my user ID and password are the property of RQO, that my use of this property is at the sole discretion of RQO. My obligation under this Agreement shall continue in effect while I am an Authorized RQO Distributor.
